The Supreme Court has nullified the national convention of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) held in Ibadan, Oyo State, on November 15 and 16, 2025.
In a split judgment delivered on Thursday, three out of the five justices dismissed an appeal filed by the faction led by Tanimu Turaki.
The majority ruled that the appeal lacked merit, thereby upholding earlier court decisions that questioned the legitimacy of the convention.
