“2027: Why Tinubu Must Not Be Stopped — Northern Ally, Hammandikko Reveals ‘Powerful Forces’ Working Against President”

ABUJA — The Executive Director of Agricultural Services at the Upper Benue River Basin Development Authority, Yola, Adamawa State, and Convener of the Northern Region Supports Tinubu/Kashim, Hon. Dahiru Hammandikko, has called on Nigerians to rally behind President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections, insisting that no president can succeed without the support of the people.

Hammandikko claimed that certain politicians had been determined to frustrate Tinubu’s administration from the very day he was sworn in as President, alleging that they were driven by an unrelenting quest to capture power.

In a statement issued on Monday, August 3, 2026, he described such individuals as “desperate politicians” whose primary objective is to occupy the presidency at all costs, regardless of the consequences for the country.

According to him, these politicians have created a political culture in which any effort by a sitting government to solve national problems is deliberately undermined for selfish interests.

> “As Nigerians, we must recognize the dangers posed by these desperate politicians who seek power at all costs. Their actions threaten not only the success of any sitting president but also the future of our nation,” he said.

Hammandikko argued that Nigeria has, since the Second Republic, struggled to produce leaders capable of delivering lasting prosperity because entrenched political interests consistently frustrate genuine reform efforts.

He alleged that as one generation of such politicians exits the scene, another is recruited to continue what he described as a legacy of political disruption.

The Tinubu supporter further claimed that powerful groups have strategically positioned themselves within government institutions and allegedly use public resources to work against administrations that do not protect their interests.

He maintained that Nigerians must remain vigilant and unite behind President Tinubu if the country is to achieve meaningful progress.

Hammandikko also urged citizens to distinguish between what he described as “desperate politicians” and genuine democrats, warning that some political actors exploit ethnic and religious divisions to advance personal ambitions.

According to him, political power ultimately comes from God, not human scheming, adding that those rejected by divine will should accept the outcome rather than destabilize the nation.

He concluded by reaffirming his support for the Tinubu/Kashim ticket in 2027, describing continuity as essential for sustaining the administration’s policies and development agenda.
