The deeper meaning of art is the feelings, thoughts, and ideas that are communicated through it. Art has a myriad of purposes which can make it seem daunting to some while others revel in the complexities.

Every person interprets art differently making it unique for each individual viewer.
By paying more attention to your surroundings (the people, places, things, nature around you), as well as your inner world (thoughts, feelings, visions, dreams), your art will naturally become more authentic, investigative, exploratory and meaningful.

HILARY TOCHUKWU EMETUCHE, as a
self-taught hyperrealistic ARTIST and PHOTOGRAPHER comes to mind in this order.Born and raised in Enugu
State, Nigeria, he grew up in a typical Nigerian home where parents are said to be educated and have a dream to see their children go through formal education and finally turn out to go into the fields of Engineering, Medicine, Law, or General Science.

The youngster is said to have toed that path and enrolled into Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Umuahia, Abia State, where he studied Civil Engineering and graduated with (Second Class Upper).

The creative journey of this enigmatic and personable dude started as a kid who would DRAW CUPS AND TABLES AND TEACHERS would be marvelled at the skills of a primary school boy.

It be could recalled a day when all stares and fingers pointed at him when his Agricultural Science teacher asked his class about who could draw well in the class. The young Hilary Tochukwu Emetuche was said to have ended up becoming the teacher’s friend and Agricultural diagram artist, as he would go on to draw all class diagrams on board.

As time passed, the young lad abandoned art for many years while he focused on his academics. The PASSION REKINDLED while he was his in 2nd year in the University. It was as if he found purpose again. The semester ended as he was said to have channelled all his ‘pocket money’ savings on ART SUPPLIES AND TOOLS.This newfound purpose was fulfilling as he would binge on YouTube tutorials watching, learning shading and drawing techniques and stalking his mentors through all their interviews.

He practised and developed his talent and became better over the years.
Due to his desire to impact and add value to his environment a platform where he mentors young creatives called Artivity is gaining momentum gradually.

He has a mission and vision to find his purpose on earth and use all his potential to create value. He finds
joy in teaching and inspiring people especially the young ones and helping them to discover and develop their potential at their early stages in life.

Young Emetuche believes his work will
add value to the upcoming generation through discovering purpose and using it to add value to the world!
