We, the entire members of The National Council of Women’s Societies (NCWS), lmo State Branch wish to profusely express our grief and sadness over the shocking and sudden death of our National President, Hajia Lami Adamu Lau.
To us, the Council has lost a rare gem whose demise is a serious setback to the generality of Nigerian women.When she lived, Hajia showed much concerns and involved herself practically to the emancipation of Nigerian women, for which she would be forever remembered.
On behalf of lmo women, we wish to express our sincere and profound condolences to the family, as well as NCWS nationwide and her friends and well wishers over the loss of this enigma!
It is our prayer that God Grant All Of Us the fortitude to bear such irreparable loss, while praying that your gentle soul finds rest in God kingdom!
Adieu sweet soul! Adieu our President!
