Ekiti APC State Chairman, Paul Omotoso dies 

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has lost its Ekiti State Chairman, Paul Omotoso, to the cold hands of death.

National Beam gathered that Omotoso passed away in the early hours of today, Wednesday, March 6.

The cause of his death remains unknown as of the time of writing this report, but However, it was gathered that the APC state chairman has been battling with his health since he was kidnapped in July 2023.

Kennedy Peretei, the publicity secretary of the PDP in the state, confirmed his death to journalists.

Peretei averred that the party would make official communication to the media on the incident in due course.

“Yes, it is true, but we will soon communicate with you properly on the incident.”

Channels TV reported that the family of the deceased has also confirmed the development.

Omotoso’s death came barely a month after the chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo state, Fatai Adams, passed away.

Adams died on Wednesday, February 14.

It would be recalled that Omotoso was abducted in July 2023 while driving in his car at the Agbado Ekiti area of Gbonyin local government area of the state.
