Dike averred, ” Since the incident which saw majority of those that played anti-party role in the last election disengage themselves, I want to state without fear of being contradicted that the whiffs have been selected from the chaff and the march towards solidifying the party has commenced in earnest.

“I want to restate that no single individual can superintend over the affairs of the PDP. This is the Peoples Democratic Party, where no voice is silenced. Here we will always agree based on roundtable discussion and not otherwise. The era where one person will milk the party dry with few of his cohorts and turn around to stab her in the back is gone and gone for good. It is good riddance to bad rubbish.

“We will now go to our various wards, polling units and Local Governments and let them know that the party is still intact and stronger than the time when one man was dictating who gets what, where and when. Never again.

“So I want to assure the teeming population that ‘nothing mega’, and we will not leave any stone unturned in our quest to remain at the top of democracy in Imo, ‘Dike assured’.
