The National Council of Women’s Societies (NCWS), lmo State Branch, profoundly regret the sudden death of our National President, Hajia Lami Adamu Lau.
Hajia’s loss is indeed a big blow to the Nigerian women and our dear lmo women in particular. As far as NCWS is concerned her role in making Nigerian women stand on their feet in their various endeavours coupled with her leadership dexterity can not be easily forgotten.
We, the lmo State Branch of NCWS therefore wish to express our heartfelt sympathies to the entire NCWS and Hajia Lau’s families, as well as her friends and well wishers, whom we know will dearly miss her caring dispositions.
This is even as we pray Almighty God to grant them all, including our lmo State Branch members the fortitude to bear such a big loss! We also pray that her soul finds solace in the bosom of her maker, Amen!
Adieu our amiable President! Adieu Hajia!
