The Dutch took the lead through a Xavi Simons’ sublime strike that flew past Jordan Pickford.
But Gareth Southgate’s men levelled, after Harry Kane converted a controversial penalty.
With the game looking set for extra time, Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins smashed in the winner.
Date, kick-off time and venue
Spain vs England is scheduled for an 8pm BST kick-off on Sunday July 14, 2024.
The match will take place at the Olympiastadion in Berlin.
